Person-Centred/Humanistic Therapy
Humanistic / Person-Centred therapy is used to explore a range of issues, including depression, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, eating disorders, body-image issues, relationship issues and low self-esteem.

Person-centred therapy - also known as person-centred counselling or client-centred counselling - is a humanistic approach that deals with the ways in which individuals perceive themselves consciously rather than how a counsellor can interpret their unconscious thoughts or ideas.

Goals of Humanistic Therapy. The aim of humanistic therapy is to help the client develop a stronger, healthier sense of self, as well as access and understand their feelings to help gain a sense of meaning in life.
