This is achieved by the counsellor facilitating your personal growth, development, and self-understanding, which in turn empowers you to adopt more constructive life practices.

Person-Centred/Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic / Person-Centred therapy is used to explore a range of issues, including depression, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, eating disorders, body-image issues, relationship issues and low self-esteem.


CBT is a therapy that is particularly helpful for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression and obsessions.This approach includes exercises and behavioural experiments you can practice both inside and outside of the therapy setting.

Tactile Therapy

Anything touched and anything that touches us can be stimulating. Every solid object has texture, temperature, shape. Balls in a collection can be smooth or rough, hard or soft, furry or…not. The sense of touch also includes the differentiation and recognition of temperature, pain, and body position (proprioception).

Art Therapy

I can facilitate expression through arts. I can enable you to give a voice to your experiences by using a tactile objects, clay or paints.
